SMS Terms of Service — Perello Patio

These terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program of Perello Patio, a registered DBA of Perello Construction, Inc., Florida Certified General Contractor CGC 1525000, located at 5121 NW 79th Ave, Unit 8, Doral, FL 33166.
Program description
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from Perello Patio about your quote or estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, permit and project status, delivery and installation scheduling, and billing notices. Messages are sent in English or Spanish.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your project. Most customers receive fewer than ten messages per month. This is a conversational program: we reply when you write to us and we contact you when there is news about your project.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Perello Patio does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also call us at (305) 713-8283 or email info@perellopatio.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your project, your warranty, or any other way we communicate with you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us or to receive a quote.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
