Perello Patio, a DBA of Perello Construction, Inc. (Certified General Contractor CGC 1525000), provides outdoor kitchens, pergolas, patio shades and related construction services in South Florida. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Information we collect
We collect the contact information you provide (name, mobile or landline phone number, email address and project address) when you request a quote, visit our showroom, sign a contract, or communicate with us by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. We do not purchase, rent or import contact lists from third parties.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule appointments and site visits, order, deliver and install products, coordinate permits, issue invoices and send service notifications. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
SMS / Text messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from Perello Patio regarding your quote or estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, project and permit status, delivery and installation scheduling, and billing notices. Messages are sent in English or Spanish.
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You may also call us at (305) 713-8283 or email info@perellopatio.com to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your project or any other communication channel.
No sharing of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected solely so that we can communicate with you about our products and services. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or any SMS opt-in or consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed only to the telecommunications providers and messaging platforms strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have requested, and only for that purpose.
How consent is obtained
We only send text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted, either in person at our showroom, over the phone when requesting a quote, or by submitting a form on our website with the SMS consent box checked. Consent is recorded in our customer management system together with the date and the channel through which it was given. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.
WhatsApp communications
If you contact us or opt in to WhatsApp notifications, your messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and our business management system, solely to provide our services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Data retention and security
We retain records as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes and protect them with industry-standard measures.
